Partner applications
If you submit a listing, we collect your name, contact number, general pickup area, vehicle details, proposed price and up to six vehicle photos. When online uploads are enabled, the application is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and photos in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Our owner dashboard is protected by a server-side login. Applicants should not upload identity documents, OR/CR, full home addresses or other sensitive paperwork using this form. We arrange document review through a separate channel.
Publication and bookings
Your application is not published automatically. After an owner review, an approved ad may display its vehicle title, description, photos, advertised price, general pickup and delivery areas. We do not put your private phone number, full name or exact home address into public ad data. Booking enquiries are opened in the customer's own WhatsApp or email application, and are not a confirmed reservation until we respond.
Retention and your requests
We retain application records while reviewing or operating listings and for reasonable business recordkeeping. Deletion of old or rejected applications is currently a manual owner task, not an automatic expiry. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information. We may need to retain some records where required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Payments and handbook
The ₱249 digital guide is currently ordered through WhatsApp unless an external checkout is configured. Never send card details, passwords or sensitive financial information using our partner form. Any third-party payment processor has its own privacy terms.
Third-party services
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. If you contact us through WhatsApp or your email app, the applicable messaging service will process your message under its own terms. Technical requests may also produce standard hosting security logs.
